Best Taste of 2016: Hyde Away Inn, Waitsfield, VT – Spicy Tuna Tar Tare, crispy won ton, avocado puree, sriracha emulsion, soy caramel, & pickled ginger.
Best Taste of 2015: Junction at The Essex Resort & Spa, Essex, VT – Fettuccine with black truffles, Chanterelle and Oyster Mushrooms topped with a sauce of Pecorino Romano cheese and Grappa wine reduction; served from the hollowed out Pecorino Romano cheese wheel.
Best Taste of 2014: Cornerstone Pub & Kitchen, Barre, VT – Pan Seared Diver Scallops with Butternut Squash Risotto, Sage, and Brown Butter.
