Summer and Fall offer endless opportunities to get outdoors and go hiking, boating, swimming, rock climbing, ATV riding, horseback riding, and of course, enjoy world class mountain biking on Kingdom Trails, recently named one of the Top Ten Places to Mountain Bike by USA Today!  A must do summer activity is a visit to beautiful, glacial Lake Willoughby or preferably, many visits!

Winter is ski season around here with 2,011 feet of vertical and over 178 acres of fun at Burke Mountain! Burke is also home to Burke Mountain Academy which has groomed many Olympic Skiers and Gold Medal Winners.  Don’t let that fool you, though, we’re casual and laid back around here. The slopes of Burke are known for being uncrowded and unpretentious. Kingdom Trails also maintains groomed Nordic and Fat Biking trails. For snowmobilers, we’ve got miles and miles of groomed trails to explore past villages, farmland and old logging roads.
