Event Description: Vermont’s premier epicurean event and the signature event of Stowe Charities, Inc. The three-day event attracts culinary enthusiasts from the Northeast and eastern Canada, beginning with Friday’s Blues, Brews & Food Truck Crews featuring beer and comfort foods. Saturday’s Gala Dinner showcases Vermont food and culinary talent. The Classic concludes with Sunday’s Grand Tasting of local and international food and beverages, with all benefits donated to local charities.
