Event Description: Labor Day Weekend Saturday, September 2nd  10AM - 7PM Sunday, September 3rd  10AM - 6PM We are thrilled to debut our first release of Pomme Noir.  Tremendous time and careful consideration has gone into creating the Pomme Noir apple brandy and Pomme Noir de Glace.  Crafted with Vermont apples, cold fermented, triple distilled, and oak aged for four years in American oak barrels giving it caramelized apple flavor with a smooth finish and notes of vanilla and oak.  Exclusively available at Boyden, we are excited to have you at our main winery location in Cambridge, Vermont to experience our new products .
