if you are looking for goood customer service, to be treated respectfully and have good people service DO NOT CALL CONTI. You will get the exact opposite. After 40 years of service to my parents home, you would never expect They Could Be So Rude To The Customers Whom STUCK with you all this time....i am Completely Disgusted!!!!! Apparently they don't need the business Especially from loyal customers. !!!! DONE.

Conti oil should be the last place you consider for any type of service. They are rude to their customers and charge a higher price for oil then everyone else in the area. They yell at their long term customers over the phone and treat you with complete disrespect. Conti oil is a complete joke of a company, absolutely do not do business with them.

be where ! CONTI OIL CARES ONLY ABOUT THEM ,for years they piped boilers with the supply on either the bottom of the back I HAVE SEEN DOZENS THEM OF PIPED THAT WAY, yes the boiler works however being pied it uses up to 30% more fuel, and cancels factory warranty ,

someone I know called them to check on A short cycling issue they came out to check on it told them what the problem is and left whiteout fixing it charged for the visit the problem still exists and they want to come back to fix it , 2 weeks later and yes charge them again WTF I don't understand why there are not more complaints , i have been in the heating business for over 40 years most everyone I know IN THIS BUSSINESS agree to these FACTS , they capitalize on people that don't know al lot about heating system's and elderly people, feel free to ask any contractor out there and you will get the same story , it is easy to be scammed in this world these days, like I said ask any other contractor ,9 out out 10 will tell you the same
