A family owned business since 1986, the Heitsmiths know what it's like to travel with their family and pets. That is why we run our establishment with this in mind! We are open year-round, and provide many amenities (some seasonal). We're located on Route 103, just over a mile from downtown Ludlow and five minutes from the slopes of Okemo Mountain Ski Resort.

In addition to providing lodging for every season, our facility is located alongside the Black River, which makes for great tubing on those hot summer days. Relax on a bench by the Black River or stroll our 3.5 landscaped acres. Our grounds are well manicured and create the perfect setting for family reunions, company picnics and outdoor weddings, as well as lodging for the guests.

Many guestrooms are finished in cedar and knotty pine, some with beamed ceilings feature two double beds, private bathroom and separate vanity area accommodating 4 adults. The junior suite has a queen bed in a private bedroom; a double pull-out sleep sofa; breakfast counter; bar sink; microwave; minifridge and a private bathroom with shower/tub combination. It sleeps 4 people.

The Mountain View Apartment, offers two bedrooms one with a king bed that adjoins a room with bunk beds and features a large kitchen with bay window, double sleep-sofa in the living room, outdoor deck with river view and a large bathroom with double sinks. The apartment accommodates up to 6 adults.

The Okemo Valley is one of the prettiest areas in the state. With each season, comes a beauty that only the Vermont countryside can provide. We are located near many area attractions.
