Beth takes home-cooking to a wholesome new level. So much so that Gourmet magazine devoted an entire feature to Liberty Hill Farm. You may have heard about Beth’s famous farm-fresh meals, the quiet comfort inherent to the heart of Vermont and the everyday adventure that is life on the Liberty Hill Farm. Folks come to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, and family reunions, or participate in business or group retreats. No matter your visit’s purpose, a fulfilling farm experience for you means everything to us. Well, that along with our daily farm chores. We look forward to making your acquaintance and making your stay a pleasure.
The main house, built in 1825, is an exemplary model of Greek revival architecture. Butternut moldings, maple wood floors and comfortable, country furnishings make guests feel right at home the moment they walk through the front door. Accommodations consist of seven guest rooms, four shared baths, as well as a few common areas with board games. Oh, and it wouldn’t be a farmhouse without a porch and rocking chairs. There’s plenty of space, and nooks abound if you’re looking to retreat to a quiet place and bury your head in a good book.
