Red Barn Kitchen is our new seasonal project. From our iconic Vermont barn, we plan on a 2021 opening, bringing a uniquely New England culinary perspective to the Northern Vermont area. As Wendell Berry stated, “Eating is an agricultural act”. From this premise we look to utilize our small farm as the backdrop of an unforgettable experience.
At Red Barn, food and hospitality are the vehicle for creating once-in-a-lifetime memories around the table, driven by a close relationship with the land, the growers and the season- endeavors we are already known to appreciate. We can’t wait to show you Red Barn Kitchen, when the time is right!
