Silloway Maple is a family owned and operated maple sugaring business in Randolph Center, Vermont. Located conveniently off Exit 4 on I89, they give educational year-round tours, free samples, and have a sugarhouse store stocked with maple syrup , cream , candy , and sugar, all made right on the farm.

Paul Silloway began sugaring, in addition to his dairy, in the 1940s, gathering the sap with his team of workhorses. Many changes in technology have been made over the years, but the same award-winning maple syrup is still produced by their family.

Sustainable wood's management, seventy solar panels, and traditional wood fire combine to top stewardship of the farm's natural resources.  A reverse osmosis machine is used, which removes part of the water before boiling, reducing fuel and labor. There is a second story viewing platform to stand on in the steam and watch the boiling and drawing off of hot syrup during boiling times.

Open Monday – Saturday 10-5, and Sunday afternoons in the summer.  "A maple creamee worth the drive!"  Check Silloway Maple Facebook page for updated boiling and creamee times, descriptions of the day-to-day operation, and recipes.
