Enjoy Super Sharp Cheddar Cheese  aged 6 years and Award winning Hickory and Maple Farm Smoked cheese. A total of 15 varieties of cheese are available for sampling and you can watch them being hand waxed on the farm for safe travel or shipment.

Learn about the different grades of maple syrup with a personal sampling and explanation of why the grades taste different and advice on cooking with maple syrup.

Directions  are easy to follow from Woodstock via Rt. 12 North and Old River Road, or from Quechee I-89 Quechee Main Street off US Rt. 4. Watch for yellow farm signs once you get off the main highway. Some folks say the fantastic views alone are worth the ride.
