As Vermont's home for professional contemporary theatre, Vermont Stage provides a unique contribution to the life of our state. Vermont Stage’s 29th Season is one of our most electric and accessible ever. This season's slate features a wide-ranging blend of a Pulitzer prize-winning classic, an astute historical fiction, a world premiere play by a rising Vermont playwright, and a musical by Jonathan Larson, the composer of "Rent." On top of the spectacular lineup, we are also restructuring our ticket model to advocate for inclusivity to destigmatize economic barriers and allow any Vermonter the opportunity to experience the magic of live theatre.
