Event Description: A Cult Classic by definition is a film or artistic expression that garners a cult following. They are known for their dedicated, passionate fanbase, an elaborate subculture that engage in repeated viewings or quoting dialogue, and audience participation. The Sugar Shakers of Green Mountain Cabaret are taking the time to honor those films, shows, and other performances that you can never forget, during their scintillating salute to Cult Classics. Come to the “well before midnight” showing of your favorite underground pastime, Vermont’s Original Neo-Burlesque Variety show and leave dancing along with us! March 29th will go down as the date that Club Metronome’s roof was blown off by the loudest hooting and hollering Vermont has ever seen. Alexa and the Sugar Shakers are bringing cabaret into the 21st century with Sass, Class, and Ass-Tronomically talented local performers.
